How to file a claim
For project supplies, individual solutions, installations and service, contact us through the contact page or at info@lumbio.cz. Based on the nature of the project and available documents, we will confirm the next step.
What to include
- proof of purchase or project identification,
- a short description of the defect and number of affected items,
- photos or other material useful for assessment.
What happens next
We assess claims without undue delay. For project and business supplies, the next step depends on the nature of the project, type of defect, agreed contractual framework, operating conditions and customer cooperation.
How status is shared
- we share the status directly in follow-up communication,
- for more complex projects, we may request additional materials or on-site assessment.
