Personal data processing
Information on how Lumbio processes personal data from the website, enquiries, business communication, customer relationships and cooperation.

2. Who this statement applies to
This statement applies to personal data of website visitors, offer prospects, customers, business partners, distributors, suppliers, designers, architects, implementation companies and other persons who discuss business cooperation with us or contact us through website forms.
3. What data we process
- identification data such as name, surname, company, company ID or job position,
- contact data such as e-mail, phone, address or company website,
- data provided in a form or attachment, such as region, cooperation type or portfolio,
- communication and operational data related to handling an enquiry, customer relationship or business relationship.
4. Purposes of processing
We use personal data only for purposes connected with the enquiry, customer or business relationship, website operation or legal obligations.
We use the data mainly to:
- handle enquiries, partner requests and other business contacts,
- prepare offers, cooperation proposals, contracts and further business communication,
- fulfil contracts and communicate during cooperation,
- protect our legitimate interests, especially communication records and defence of legal claims,
- fulfil legal obligations where required by law.
5. Legal bases
We process personal data mainly on these legal bases:
- negotiation or performance of a contract,
- legitimate interest in business communication and protection of our rights,
- fulfilment of legal obligations,
- consent, where needed in a specific case and granted.
6. Retention
We keep data for the time necessary to handle the enquiry, conduct business negotiations or maintain a contractual relationship. After that, we keep it only for a period reasonable with regard to our legitimate interests or required by law.
If cooperation does not continue, enquiry data is kept only for a reasonable period needed for follow-up and protection of our rights. Accounting and contractual records are kept for periods required by applicable legal rules.
7. Recipients
Data may be made available to contractual processors providing website operation, form handling, IT support, analytics or related administration. We do not transfer data to third parties without a legal reason.
For website analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only after consent. These providers may process data through their group companies or infrastructure outside the European Economic Area under their declared contractual and organizational safeguards.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or unwanted disclosure. The level of protection corresponds to the nature of processed data and its use.
9. Cookies and analytics
The website uses essential technical storage of the visitor's analytics choice. This choice is stored under the key lumbio_cookie_consent_v1 so that the banner does not appear on every page load.
If the visitor allows analytics, we run Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These services help us evaluate traffic, website performance and usability. Without consent, analytical measurement does not start.

Providing data through a website form is voluntary. If you do not provide information needed to understand the enquiry, we may not be able to respond properly or prepare a relevant offer.
11. Automated decision-making
We do not use submitted enquiry data for automated decision-making that would have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
12. Your rights
You mainly have the right to:
- request access to your personal data,
- request correction of inaccurate or outdated data,
- request deletion or restriction of processing if the conditions are met,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

Practical note on forms
Data submitted through forms is used only for handling the specific enquiry or related business communication. If cooperation does not proceed, we do not keep the data longer than reasonably necessary.
